awmperryAn 18-year-old who battered someone and got done for GBH managed to get off wearing an electronic tag. Guess why?
'Ms Hughes, 18, said "I didn't want to wear a tag beacuse they are really bulky and embarrassing."'
Um, yeah. Welcome to the concept of deterrents.
