Silly ads

I just saw this Playstation ad, generated using Massive (the same system used for the big battle scenes in LOTR). The tagline's "Fun, Anyone" - am I the only one thinking "Um... no, not really"?

Maybe I'm odd, but I just wonder about the poor bugger stuck at the bottom...


Anyway, there are some other ones that are quite good fun - particularly Carlton's "Big Ad".

The beer commercial... I'll be laughing for days, because I must say, thats a VERY interesting take on Carmina Burana- O Fortuna. Which is part of my wake-up playlist. so I hear it every morning. which means I'll need to change it now, or think of beer first thing in the morning from now on...

I tried having a wakeup playlist, too, but couldn't get my computer to reliably wake up... I'll have to try again some time.

What else is on the list? eh, it changes. Usually something loud and fairly fast paced. When I start being able to sleep through that, I'll switch off. At the moment, it's basically the contents of a different version of this CD: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00008H2KO/qid=1134459173/sr=8-2/ref=pd_bbs_2/103-4595204-4911833?v=glance&s=classical&n=507846 - with a few exceptions and additions.

As for having a wakeup playlist, I have my iPod hooked up to a set of speakers and use the alarm clock function.
